This privacy policy explains in general terms how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use this website, operated by Seyyah Ticaret İthalat İhracat Limited Şirketi (“Company”, “we”). Scope

This policy covers all language versions of the website and the contact and private label request forms on it. Third-party websites and services we link to are not covered by this policy.

Data we collect

  • Information you give us: the full name, company name, email address, phone number, country, target market, product category, estimated quantity and message you share in the forms.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, and the time of your visit and form submission. This information is kept in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

Our website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies or similar local storage; if such a tool is added, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested.

The website has no account creation, payment or membership features.

How we use data

  • To answer your requests and run quotation and sample processes.
  • To keep the website and forms secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To fulfil our legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send you marketing messages without your separate permission.

Third-party services

The website uses the following service providers:

  • Hosting provider: the servers on which the website and form infrastructure run (Güzel Hosting, Türkiye).
  • Email (SMTP) provider: forwarding form submissions to us; form emails are sent from the mail server of the same hosting account (Güzel Hosting, Türkiye).

Fonts and website files are served from our own server; no requests are sent to external font or content networks when the page loads.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

  • All connections are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
  • Form records are stored in a directory that cannot be accessed over the web; access is limited to authorised persons.
  • The forms use spam traps and rate limiting, and the website applies a content security policy (CSP).
  • Records whose retention period has expired are deleted or anonymised.

No transmission over the internet is completely secure; in the event of a data breach we will make the notifications required by law.

Children’s privacy

This is a business-to-business (B2B) service website and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18; if we become aware of such data, it is deleted.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over their content or privacy practices; we recommend that you review the privacy policy of every website you visit.
